The YouTube channel Nature Whispers has made the following video to help people to feel more motivated during the winter months and overcome what is known as ‘winter depression’ or ‘the winter blues’. 

By reframing the way we view winter, getting outside to experience the elements and welcoming the invitation to slow down, this video invites a beautiful opportunity to fully harness the inherent wisdom contained within this natural cycle of change and can then use it to our benefit. 

It is a lovely video and I am glad that they have used my piano composition “Now The Silence” as the background music.
