‘Travel Within’ is an Ambient Piano composition featuring the talented violinist Mirela Nita. The track has been mixed and mastered by producer Runar Blesvik and he has also created the synthesizer strings arrangement.

About This Composition:

Sting, the celebrated musician and philanthropist, once sat down for an interview where he shared some insightful perspectives on his personal travels and the journeys he has taken within himself. Despite having traveled extensively around the world, Sting explained that his best travels have been those he has taken within himself and I couldn’t agree more with him.

When we travel internally, we explore our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, and we gain insight into who we truly are. This journey can be challenging and uncomfortable at times, as we confront aspects of ourselves that we may have been avoiding or ignoring. But it can also be incredibly rewarding, as we discover new levels of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth.

Like Sting, I also believe that while travel and other external experiences can be exciting and enriching, they are ultimately fleeting and can never replace the deeper sense of meaning and purpose that comes from within.

By taking the time to explore our inner selves, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us, and develop the skills and insights we need to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and grace.
